and our own business uniqueness as well as the changing seasons of the
year are seen and tasted in the food we offer.
Karelian Buffet has always been known for its variety in ingredients, flavours and the utilizing local natural ingredients and the offerings of nature. Of course there is always a place for the new as well as adapting looks and flavours from other food cultures. At our table the aromas of tender cooked game dishes, fish, forest mushrooms, a wide-variety of root vegetables, seasonings and melt-in-your’s-mouth pastries fill the senses and your stomach.
